A life-long resident of Barron County, Todd attended Rice Lake High School and went on to attend the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN where he majored in business and finance.  He then attended William Mitchell College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 2003 and shortly after graduating, moved back to the Rice Lake area. 

 

Todd's true passions are hunting and fishing, so the north woods will always be his home.
